I am an HR leader with over 15 years of experience, deeply fascinated by human behavior, the power of communication, and above all the power of connection. Throughout my career, I have seen how awareness, emotional intelligence, and intentional leadership can transform not only individuals but entire organizations.
Today, I work as a freelance Leadership and Executive Coach, supporting leaders, managers, and startups to grow through deeper self-connection, clarity, and purpose.

My Story
I have spent more than 15 years in HR, surrounded by people, stories, challenges, and growth. Along the way, I became endlessly curious about human behavior, emotions, and the unspoken dynamics that shape how we show up at work and in leadership.
Coaching, for me, is not just a profession it is a path of self-actualization and transformation. As I grew in my own awareness, I began to see a different version of myself emerge and I felt a strong calling to create space for others to experience the same. Coaching gave me language, presence, and tools but more importantly, it gave me meaning. It allows me to work from the heart, with honesty, depth, and intention.
My roots are in the workplace. That is where I first realized: this is my thing. And that is where I want to give back.

My mission is to walk alongside leaders especially those at the beginning of their leadership journey.
I work closely with newly assigned managers and emerging leaders who are navigating new responsibilities, expectations, and internal shifts. Through coaching, I help them pause, reflect, and truly get to know themselves.
Because when leaders understand themselves, they can:

- Communicate with clarity and intention
- Navigate emotions rather than be driven by them
- Hold responsibility without losing themselves

I don’t arrive with answers, advice, or a fixed agenda. I arrived as a partner.
In my coaching, I create a safe and intentional space where you can slow down and truly listen to yourself. Together, we explore what sits beneath the surface—your emotions, experiences, questions, concerns, and patterns.
I help you dive gently, navigate what you are feeling, and reflect on what is happening within you. Through powerful conversations, presence, and curiosity, awareness begins to emerge.
This awareness is enabling. It allows you to see things clearly, connect the dots, and make conscious choices that are aligned with who you are and the leader you are becoming.My role is not to direct or fix—but to enable and walk alongside you as you uncover your own insights, strength, and direction.
